2. lol yeah they’re different styles depending what you want. You can get sashimi cut razor thin or a half inch thick there isn’t a right or wrong. Plus that looks like sockeye salmon. It’s delicious.

3. The cuts aren’t proper by any means but it will still taste good. Sockeye sashimi is great.

4. Sockeye is the bomb but someone’s knife skill is suspect.
