Getting a work visa with a degree in process?

Hello people! So I have this situation

later this year I’ll finish my studies in systems engineering (it’s equivalent to a bachelor degree), also I currently have 2 and a half years of experience as a developer

I honestly want to move to Japan ASAP, I’m planned it for a lot of time. I know it’s very important to have a degree for the immigration requeriments, the problem is that I live in Argentina, where bureaucracy takes a lot of time, specifically 1 and a half year to go from a degree in process to an actual degree.

If I manage to get a sponsorship from a company, do you think immigration offices will give me the visa while I only have the degree in process?

My option B is getting the working holiday visa, return back to Argentina after a year and then get a work visa, but it would involve more steps

Thanks in advance!
