You mean the video content rather than just articles to read? Sport content tends to be heavily restricted for access so I’m guessing it’s not so easy to gain an access from abroad, except for YouTube channels that covers some bits and pieces I suppose.
We use abema.tv, TVer or Japanese hulu for freemium TV contents, but at least the first one was geo-locked. If that’s what you want to try then VPN access may help you but I’m not sure which ones are guaranteed to work.
