What’s the deal with huge wait times between first contact and/or interviews/training/trial lessons etc.
Is this normal? It seems every company I’ve been in touch with have left me hanging for days or longer before getting back to me. Even after an interview or an invitation for training or trial lesson.
I don’t mind a straight-up rejection, in fact, I’d much prefer it to this crap. One company said they were happy to proceed after the 3rd interview but would have to wait up to 5 weeks for confirmation if I’d be invited for training. 5 fucking weeks!
Has anyone else here had seemingly good interviews and contact only to be ghosted for weeks?
