  1. Honestly my favorite roll is a simple spicey tuna, or a plain salmon maki. A blue crab roll can also be awesome if I am feeling a little fancy lol

  2. Keep up the work yo, we appreciate you. Rainbow rolls my favorite because those 3 fish form like voltron. No fake crab or cucumber, just tobiko and maybe some avocado.

  3. Personally, all of them. All the sushi is my favorite. Tuna’s probably #1 though, then everything else #2.

  4. I’m a nigiri & sashimi guy all the way, but on days where life just shits on me, I will deep throat a Philadelphia roll and slam a 6 pack of Asahi (respectfully of course).

    Rolls that are not too busy or ostentatious get higher marks from me. I can still get down with those more elaborate rolls, and they are good once in a while, but usually the result leaves me less than fully satisfied. I find myself going back to the simpler, more established rolls.

    I don’t enjoy trying to fit oversized pieces of sushi rolls into my mouth…. Its probably why i also don’t like eating gigantic burgers and sandwiches.

  7. A Philadelphia Roll and Somthing They Make Down Here A GODZILLA Roll it is 3 kinds of Fish with seaweed ,Avocado, cucumber, and cream cheese With Sauce Semi Sweet And it’s Deep Fried. The fish types are White fish ,Tuna and Salmon.

  8. Honestly I just love a nice simple tuna or salmon, rolled up with avocado & cucumber. Occasionally I also like said roll with a little eel sauce & spicy mayo drizzled on top & cream cheese in there too.

  9. I love classic hamachi rolls, ikura/uni gunkan. But also rolls with any fish + avocado + seaweed and rice that has been properly seasoned with vinegar is HEAVENLY.

I prefer nigiri and sort of minimalistic rolls (like a little yellowtail/scallion maki) but I do love some variation of a spider roll (soft shell crab tempura with eel sauce and spicy Mayo), and one I had once and can’t forget called a Handsome Boy roll (shrimp tempura and avocado topped with seared salmon and masago). That said, if you’re making rolls, I’m not going to turn down any of them!

  11. Regular old salmon, or salmom, ikura, avocado. Yellowtail and scallions. Rainbow roll. Negitoro. The classics, I’m not hard to please ha.

    Around the DMV I have also seen “Kimchi roll” which tuna, avo, cucumbers inside, spicy tuna on top, with a mayo that I believe is mixed with kimchi pickling liquid. Really good for a weird roll.

    – Tuna
    – Green onions
    – Raspberry

  13. To be honest when it comes to sushi I’ll go for anything that I have never had before, love to try new things. My favorite rolls have to be spicy salmon and spicy tuna and oh boy its mixes so well with the spicy mayo.
