There’s a test where you get a certificate for train knowledge, right?

I have a student who’s like… insanely knowledgeable about trains, lines, times, prices, etc. He’s 8 but it’s crazy. I want to recommend this test to him, because I swear he could pass it like an adult, but I can’t for the life of me figure out what it’s called, as it’s understandably niche. I think it’s fantastic because you get a legit certificate. Anyone know what it’s called?
