Architecture masters plan in Japan?

So I am an architecture student(starting sophomore year) from Turkey, and I came up with the idea of maybe going for a masters program in Japan because among all the cultures, Japanese architecture has always caught my eye and I am genuine interested in the hows and whys of Japanese architecture. The thing is I am aware of some cultural differences and how Japanese are towards foreigners, I just want to know the extent of it and some solid examples of discrimination and how it differs from place to place. I also want to know which universities would be better for an architectural masters programs. If you guys could give me some perspectives, especially from abroad students studying in Japan, that would be nice
