1. I think if I remember from previous years, they can be any time between now and December and given about a month between their late placement and departure. Usually they’re filled on a necessity basis, for example if someone in the middle of September decides they don’t want to be on JET anymore and dips out early.

2. I was called mid-August after being put onto the alternate list. It could be a while before you’re called in. Hope this helps.

3. It used to be the 3rd week in August for late upgrades who received upgrades too late to join the first 2 groups. Checking the [General Information Handbook](https://jetprogramme.org/wp-content/MAIN-PAGE/COMMON/publications/%E2%98%852023GIH_E.pdf) it looks like they hadn’t finalized the days at the time of publishing so until you hear back from CLAIR you won’t have a real answer. It might be worth asking your consulate if you have already been upgraded in case they have heard something that hasn’t been passed onto you yet.

4. I got upgraded in late June and I’m flying out on Aug 27!
