Hey guys,
I’m a foreigner just arrived in Japan for work.
May I know which supermarket sells these items the cheapest in general?
1. Shokupan
2. Jam
3. Small size sake
4. Eggs
5. Veggies
6. Ramen cup
7. Cooking oil
8. Shoyu
9. Frozen foods
10. Rice
As you can see these are my basic food necessities (including sake lol) so I need to buy them regularly.
The closest ones I saw from my apartment are 7eleven, family mart, and Lawson.
Thank you in advance.

It would help if you told us your general location or city/town. So readers can make better recommendations for you. Many shops with good prices tend to be local or regional.
The shops you listed are convenience stores. They’ll be more expensive than actual supermarkets.
It depends where you live, but look for Aeon, Daiei, MaxValue.
Gyomu Supa can be hard to search but has very good prices on lots of things.
As u/JpnDude already mentioned, a general location would help.
The shops you listed (7-11, FamilyMart, Lawson but also others like NewDays) , even though they may sell those items, are convenience stores (or konbini) and not supermarkets.
They are generally more expensive than a normal supermarket (except for the more luxury supermarkets ofc)
Jusco (Aeon) and just about every other supermarket. Those are all common items.
Around there Gyomu super is probably one of the cheapest I know of and sells everything you mentioned. Got a large frozen food section. Bread is cheap but contains yeast substitute if that bothers you.
>7eleven, family mart, and Lawson
Those are convenience stores, and you pay extra for the convenience.
All those items you listed will be cheaper at any regular supermarket.
