1. It’s pretty hard to give tips without tasting it. You’re driving the bus op, you know what needs work for next time

3. I think I see a fried egg. Personally, would prefer the layers from top to bottom to be: egg, noodles, pork and other proteins, sprouts, cabbage, batter.
