TOKYO ITINERARY: Last one of three weeks in Japan

Traveling with my girlfriend to Japan in September. We’ll spend one week each in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. This is my itinerary for the last week in Tokyo. Due to knee problems I am not super good on foot. Normal walking is no problem, but a lot of stairs or something similar like hiking I try hard to avoid because I would regret it the next day 🙁

**If you have suggestions to it or some places near my locations that I really should check out, I would be happy to her. Thank you.**

Will try to use 24/48/72h subway passes if possible with digital SUICA as a backup.
