[ITINERARY] 4 days in Tokyo, honeymoon itinerary check

Hi! We will be doing 4 full days in Tokyo > Hakone > Osaka, Kyoto, and I want to check the Tokyo portion of our trip. I’ve done a ton of research but it was difficult to refine because there were so many options. So I would love some help to polish or improve what I already have based on the knowledge of someone who has actually been there. We know that we might not get to every activity and are flexible to our desires but I want to make sure the itinerary is pretty full! Right now I have a lot of maybes so I need some help with that. Thank you!
