Contact lenses for complicated eyes in Tokyo

Hi, I’d really like to use contacts from time to time. However, I have developed really complicated vision plus dry eyes, so my usual contacts don’t cut it any more. Can anybody recommend a patient (perhaps even English speaking, no must though) contact lens specialist in Tokyo? Any advise is much appreciated!
