To EOR, or leave Japan

I already got my dependent visa (single entry), and planned to work remotely (28 hrs) for my current company while staying in Japan.

But it seems like I need an Employer On Record to ensure that it can be done legally, especially as I have almost no japanese language skills.

Do you have any recommendation/experience with EOR companies?

And if in the scenario where I can’t get an EOR (and I don’t want to stay unemployed), will there be a problem if I already have my residency card (as dependent) and then fly back to my home country maybe after 2-3 months after my initial arrival in Japan? Will I be allowed to reenter Japan with that residency card if it is still before the expiration date and within 1 year after I left? Or do I need to undergo the whole visa process again?
