I am quite eager to see what people have to say about this. I have been dying to try the real stuff.
I haven’t used this brand, but I have used something similar. It tastes a bit more sweet and more like the real wasabi than the fake horseradish ones. I’m not sure if stores sell it, but there’s also frozen real wasabi, those are pretty good as well.
Not familiar with the Yutaka brand, but green box looks like regular s&b brand wasabi. If so, that stuff is a staple in Japanese grocery stores. It’s nothing special, but gets the job done fine.
