I wish I liked tamago. The taste is alright but the texture just grosses me out
Pretty tamago Nigiri! Every tamago can lean a little different into the sweet/salty/umami flavor profiles.. That one looks and sounds yummy!
Madai is definitely one of my favorites.
I’ve recently been getting into the Korean live sashimi spots and they are all about white fish: halibut and flounder. But Madai tops them all off on my list 🥰
