I’ve been slowly improving with my sushi skills the last few years… my husband said this was almost restaurant taste! He had a craving and we happened to have the ingredients (apart from cucumber 😰) and he said that was really all it was missing!
It could just be the key to serving my husband specifically, but I think the sauces are key!! Rice with rice vinegar, mirin and some rice seasoning, then some cream cheese and Siracha Mayo inside the roll, with more Mayo and eel sauce on top!
