Not sure if this belongs here or on /r/sushiabomination. Banh mi inspired sushi with pulled pork and soy bbq sauce.


Either way, it was good.

  1. Kind of the opposite of this but someone forever ago posted about an unagi banh mi in one of the sandwich groups — that sounds like a match made in heaven
