THCH to be regulated from Aug 4

By regulated, I suspect just plain illegal. I got an e-mail from a THCH seller stating that they are doing a final sale, and that all materials should be disposed of by Aug 4

本日付でTHCHの規制が決定いたしました。
感謝の気持ちを込めて最終SALEを行います!

是非お買い求めください!

また、8月4日から規制が開始されますので、お早めに処分をお願いいたします!

Personally, I tried some stuff in the winter, and it was great. Don’t know what it was exactly, but January, February, March, the quality was amazing. After that, either sellers disappeared, or the product was markedly different than it was, and had little effect. Some of it might be tolerance, but it just didn’t seem like the same quality.

It was nice while it lasted.

(edit)
People looking to buy this stuff, search something like, thch リキッド 高濃度, on Amazon or Rakuten, and you’ll see a lot with user ratings. You never know what you’ll get on a blind buy, but if the reviews are recent it’s a reasonable guide. And you need to buy a rechargeable 510 burner for a lot of them, which is about ¥1000

  1. Yes, it will be fully illegal on Aug 4.

New stuff will come out (or is already out) to replace it. I’d definitely remain cautious about any new stuff that’s hitting the market. Supposedly, after THCO was banned this spring there were less than reputable sellers out there still putting it in cartridges and labelling it as THCH.

I’d also be worried about the safety aspects of these new cannabinoids as many of them have only been discovered in the past couple years. For decades, millions of people have used normal THC with minimal immediate health risks. But when your vaping some THCQ that you got on instagram or at a headshop, you have no idea what that might do or what’s even in the cartridge.

  2. Fuuuuck the JP government jesus christ

Black markets create stupid dangerous cartridges and variants of THC that will become hazardous as they narrow the pool for legal alternatives. Just legalize and regulate natural cannabis, and tax the shit out of it. It becomes safe that way.

Boomers gonna downvote this thread because they’re stuck in reefer madness

  3. This was after an event last weekend where people were sent to hospital after ingesting high concentration cannabinoids for the first time smh.

The ministry of health caught wind of this and sent the boys in, conducting a simultaneous raid on each store belonging to a fast-growing chain of smoke shops, with no warrants, apparently. (A security camera was allegedly broken in one of the shops, allegedly.)

  4. I don’t use but even innocent stuff like taurine which is used for sports supplements and for health purposes is heavily regulated. I’ve had packages taken just for having a package of taurine. So I can see them going even harder on things they consider “drugs.”

  5. It doesn’t matter because there will always be loopholes through different chemical makeup. Just like when HHC got banned last year. There will be something else next year.

  6. Cheers for this post. Was just telling people about it and said that the day would come when it would get cut off.
Time to order up I guess.

  7. Thanks for the heads up. I recall trying HHCO when that was legal and really enjoying it. I don’t drink anymore but the occasional small gummy buzz was enjoyable. Shame there’s this factually wrong discriminatory stigma against anything other than alcohol and smokes here.

  8. Oh well.
there goes the small short joy I had with that. Makes sense when looking at japans strict drug policies I guess, was only a matter of time but still. Saved money at least. Wasn’t cheap

  9. Thanks for the info. Was really enjoying the last order I made. Good to know ahead of time when it will be made illegal like what happened to THCO

  10. First hearing about this but seen some shops in Ikebukuro

total noob when it comes to this but do any sell candy or edibles?
