Is 13th Grade And G.C.E Advanced Level Exams In Sri Lanka Necessary For Student Visa?

In my country, there’s 13 years of schooling. Which goes primary education from grade 1 – 5, secondary education from grade 6 – 13 and there’s no graduation system like you don’t graduate from each schools, but you only get the leaving certificate. And sometimes i think like is it possible to go to japan after dropping out after i complete the 12 th grade with JLPT N5 and N4 both to get my japan dream done. And sometimes i think like maybe i do have to complete 13th grade and do the G.C.E advanced level exams. Which path should i go? I want some answers regarding this
