Hi, it will be my first time in Japan. There are “two” parts to Tokyo because I will be visiting another country. I started to run out of ideas for day 12 and 13, so I am open for recommendations.

You need to map the areas you want to visit and group areas close by to each other on the same day. Eg Day 8 Miyashita Park is in Shibuya which you plan to go again to on day 13. Day 10, Art Aquarium is in Ginza but then you go to Gotokuji. Then Day 12 you go back to Ginza then over to Koenji. Day 13, Akihabara (close to Ginza) and Harajuku (10 mins from Gotokuji) yet both on opposite sides of Tokyo.
There is also no way you can fit Ito into day 3. Check train schedules and maps to see how far away it actually is.
Second the comment about mapping out these locations. You’re all over the place. Your first 2 days alone all have destinations all over the map. You’re planning on doing Ghibli + somewhere else in Kichijoji, then for some reason taking a nearly 3 hour ride to Ito for…what? And then another 3 hours back to hit up a most likely closed Itoya?
