I’m trying to relocate to Japan and seek higher education. I’m looking for an advisor that can answer questions about schooling and relocation.

I would suggest starting with [our wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/movingtojapan/wiki/index), and then searching the subreddit, as we have discussed nearly every possible question you might have at some point in the past.
Being as gentle as possible: Based on your profile you’re looking for financial aid to study in Japan. Unfortunately that is not really something that exists. The main (and almost only) scholarship that is available for foreigners is the MEXT scholarship, which is *highly* competitive. MEXT is the only scholarship available that covers all of your expenses. There are a few others, but they only cover a small fraction of tuition and costs.
There are no student loans available for foreign students in Japan, nor can you use US student loans at a Japanese school.
I hate to break it to you, but support from your parents or someone else who’s willing to serve as a financial sponsor you’re probably out of luck.
