I bought a couple of fruit jam a few month back. Now how do I dispose of the glass? Some are half finished, some are even full but past their expired dates. Do I have to scrap out the insides and wash the bottles? Some half filled ones have even grown mold, and I am allergic to mold.

First of all, as long as it’s not moldy, jam is safe to eat, even when expired and open.
