Go to a ladies clinic in your area and ask for pills. They may or may not require a pap smear before hand. It will be around 3000 yen per month and is not covered by insurance unless you can successfully argue that you need them to treat some other condition. You get your prescription refilled at the clinic. Depending on their policy you can buy one~three months stock at a time.
I hear there are now online prescriptions services but I don’t know anything about those.
