Japanese university English professor interview questions?

I’m looking for work teaching English at a university in Japan. With job ads starting to be posted for university positions commencing in April next year, I’m anticipating I might get invited to some interviews. I’m looking at low level part-time instructor/lecturer jobs. I am qualified for a lot of the jobs (e.g. education, research output, teaching experience but not at the university level), but I’m not used to university job interviews.
I wonder does anyone have any advice on what kind of questions are generally asked for university-level English teaching positions in Japan, or any major do’s/dont’s?
