Me and my girlfriend have been going in on sushi! Getting the feel for it slowly but surely!

    I’ve also been making sushi for the first time recently, but I’ve been struggling with the rice. Specifically, my rice is too sticky and as result doesn’t form terribly well. Can I ask what ratios and practices you used to make your sushi rice?

  2. For the rolls, did you use one of those bamboo mats (or any other piece of equipment)? It’s shaped so well!
