Got a Rakuten Card in the mail, it’s not mine though.

So, it seems the owner of this card was a previous tenant. They probably applied for this card many months ago, and left this apartment afterwards. Spooky thing is that there was nobody living in this apartment for at least one year. (Woooo~)
Anyway, Can someone tell me how to write: “this person doesn’t live at this address anymore”.
I want to write this and put the envelope into a PO box, and be done with this evil item.

  1. You can write the following Japanese sentence on the envelop and drop it into a post box or bring it to a post office.

    “誤配送
    こちらの宛名の方は現在この住所に居住しておりません。”

  2. Wow. I’m surprised it was delivered at all considering the hoops I had to go through to get mine (losing out on the introductory points as a result and support not caring), just because I have a middle name and my ID isn’t written in katakana.

  3. It was probably just an automatic renewal for the card and the guy hadn’t updated his address. You can also take it to the local post office and tell them, they’ll take care of it

  4. A couple of weeks ago I got a big bottle of vitamin b. The address wasn’t even close. They got the ward right, however.

  5. I‘ve been here for a couple years now, am I missing out by not having one of these?
