PSA: if you’ve only recently arrived and find yourself sick and needing OTC meds and supplies, UberEats accepts foreign credit cards and some conbini’s have OTC meds available through the service. Not all, but search for 薬 and the shops that offer some will pop up.

COCOA just gave me a notification telling me I came in contact with positive people three times this past week.. 🙁
I heard there was a way to extract all data from COCOA and parse it, but my Googlefu is failing me. Anyone got links to relevant info?
Following my post the other day, it got confirmed that I do indeed have COVID. 🙁 Looks like I got caught in the wave that’s in Miyagi at the moment.
I applied for one of those government-provided care packages, has anyone had any luck getting one of these recently? If so, how long did it take?
What the fuck is the logic behind covid tests costing money only if you have symptoms?
I’m not sure what to do.. I think I have corona, I’ve had a fever 4 days in a row loss of appetite and nausea and headaches. No sore throat though. The pharmacy wouldn’t sell me a kit bc I had a fever said I had to go to the hospital but the hospitals said they can’t see me either since I don’t have a sore throat/coughing. Idk what to do. I also have a toddler so it’s difficult for me to travel far at the drop of a hat.
