In May my contract with my previous job ended and I got on hellowork. After a month I got a 3 month contract job at a job a friend worked at to which will end on July 31st.
Am I able to get back on hellowork?
I’m also thinking of changing living locations, am I able to get hellowork when I’m staying at a friends place or do I need my own apartment?

What’s to get about Hello Work? They’re always there, they don’t care where you live, but you should visit the office that is closest to where you live.
By “on hellowork” do you mean “on unemployment benefits”?
