I just moved to Japan and I am familiar with PASMO\\SUICA cards. Is it possible to add them to my Android Google wallet even though my phone was purchased in the United States?
The latest Pixel can be made to work and there are possibilities that other phones can be made work through jailbreaking and some custom mods to flip the osaifu keitai enable tag (there is a APK available).
However, if the phone’s SOC doesn’t support osaifu keitai, flipping the enable tag only allows you to install the apps (the apps think it is compliant), but actual transit epayments won’t work.
Other than the latest Pixel, I’m not aware of any list of non-Japanese Android phones that have been validated as working.
My understanding is that on android its usually not working as its not built into the non japanese models. I just put the card in the back of my phone case.

Generally no. I’m not aware of any Android phones sold in the US that support it.
If you can install [osaifu keitai](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.felicanetworks.mfm.main) and it’s happy then yes. But your hardware most likely doesn’t support it.
