So I made a mistake and forgot to pay my power bill and it got suspended, will it automatically come back on since I have paid as of this morning, or do I have to call customer service to restore? And if so what number can I call that accepts a US phone number? Thanks!

You obviously can’t call to 0120 when roaming, but 03-xx should work.
You should also get a domestic number if you’re a resident here.
