My son has a domestic JAL flight reservation that needs to be changed. When I try to use the JAL website in English it asks for: flight number, date, confirmation number, first name, and last name. The issue is that his reservation has his name in KANA but the English website requires his name in Roman alphabet. I’ve tried every different Romaji spelling and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this issue?

If you cannot understand Japanese, open the Japanese form in one tab or window and the English one in another. The information will be in the same order, more likely than not, and you can just read the information requested in English and enter it in the Japanese form.
Use the Japanese JAL website on Chrome and have it auto-translate to English. Enter the information using katakana.
Have you called them? Pretty sure customer service could help.
Just call them. It will take 5 minutes to do
You should just call them.
