Any must eats? Anyone have a favorite bowl of ramen they still think of fondly? Thank you!

For raman, despite being in Sapporo, I prefer Ichiran Ramen.
If instant ramen, then the Korean ones like Neoguri.
For Indian, Mohan Dish or Royal Indo (same people, different locations)
For bakery, Donguri (Odori, Nango 7, Shin-Sapporo, among others)
For Tokyo-style Korean sundubu, Tokyo Sundubu
That’s all I can remember.
The eatery in the Akarenga Terrace has some good ramen too, and some other choices in its food court.
Soup ramen or cafes . But restaurant don’t remember much
I used to live around Otaru. Here are some of my favorites sorry for the formatting on the phone.
-Noodles-
175 Deno Dan Dan Noodles (Sapporo – Best Dandan noodles i had in JP)
Ramen Sakurajima (Sapporo – Quality dipped but its still quite good tonkotsu ramen)
Ramen Shodai (Otaru – has a really nice ginger undertone in the broth, very nice to have during the winter)
Kabato Seimen (Tobetsu – its quite far but if you ever pass the area you gotta try their udon and seasonal tempura options)
-Curry-
Crazy Spice (Otaru – my personal fave soup curry. I always get the crazy chicken soup curry MMB soup base. Its a chain so you might find one somewhere)
Soul Store Sapporo Odori (Sapporo)
Soup Curry Garaku (Sapporo)
Curry House Colombo (Sapporo – somewhere underground in a connected building within Sapporo station. Very good value but a salaryman’s haven)
-Others-
Naruto Chicken (Otaru – oroginal shop in Otaru bit you may be able to find some shops around Sapporo. One of the best fried chicken i had. The half chicken is amazing)
For sushi, one of the Toriton sushi-go-round restaurants is popular. Reasonably priced and the portions are big. I was at the airport in Chitose the other day and the standing sushi bar that was there blew my mind. Pricy but it was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. My wife and I love Medicine Man for soup curry, though it is a bit out of the way from the main areas. Ebisoba Ichigen in Sapporo is a great spot for shrimp-based broth ramen. Don’t go to the one at the airport though. It isn’t as good. Kinotoya used to have the best soft-serve ice cream ever, but they changed their recipe and now it’s just average.
