Electrical Engineer Foreigner in Japan

I plan on attending a language school for 6 months in Japan. However, my guess is foreigners with Electrical Engineering degrees wouldn’t have the same opportunities for full time jobs in Japan. I just want to ask what kind of jobs would a foreigner expect to get in engineering because my assumption is graduates who went to school in Japan would have more opportunities?
