My current connection speed is 0.16mbps which is barely enough even to post this…
Ultimately I want to contact OCN to cancel the 3 contracts I have with them and move to another company, but I’m struggling to contact them.
Thanks for any help offered!

The OCN internet line was still available as of a month ago. I was told that nothing functionally changes in this merger, just that no new OCN accounts can be made.
OCN Mobile has a nice guide that you can follow to cancel your contract(s): [https://support.ocn.ne.jp/personal/purpose/detail/pid2900000f6e](https://support.ocn.ne.jp/personal/purpose/detail/pid2900000f6e)
Edit: Here is the guide if you want to port your number to a different provider: [https://support.ocn.ne.jp/personal/purpose/detail/pid2900001k6s](https://support.ocn.ne.jp/personal/purpose/detail/pid2900001k6s)
I’m using OCN mobile with zero issues with 4 different SIM cards. I don’t see why anything would change. OCN and Docomo are anyway both subsidiaries of NTT, and the SIM cards and towers used were always Docomo.
I’ll stick with OCN because I don’t know if any other place that offers both share SIMs and daily limits. (Daily limits are nice because if your phone decides to download a huge update or something, it will only affect your speed for a day, instead of a while month).
I’m not sure what you mean by “trouble” getting ahold of them, as it should be pretty straight forward, and I’ve never had them not answer.
If you are having trouble, I would call them directly by phone.
If you long into the “マイページ”, then go to “サービス名から探す”, and “電話”. In there are the phone numbers you can call.
If you’re looking to move your number to another provider (MNP), [request from OCN an MNP number](https://support.ocn.ne.jp/personal/purpose/detail/pid2900001k6s), and give that to your new provider. To successfully move your number, the name on your OCN account has to match your legal name on your ID. If it does not, you’ll need to send in a form requesting to update your name before you can successfully port it to a different provider.
There is no need to cancel your current OCN contracts, and doing so could cause you to lose those numbers if you’re looking to retain them.
I previously used OCN, and everything that I needed to do could be done via their online portal, and never had to interact with another human (via phone, or mail, or chat).
Yeah i have ocn mobile one and my internet has been dogshite for a while now. Planning to move to ahamo to see if it will be better
Ok but OCN has always latched on to docomo…and they’re both under NTT. Not sure how that affects users.
So far no issues from my end.
