I’m a dual citizen and though I’ve had Japanese citizenship since birth, I was born and lived abroad up until now.
I’ve recently moved to Japan for work reasons, and it seems I need a Juuminhyou for a lot of things.
I’m registered in the Koseki, but how does Juuminhyou work for one who’s never lived in Japan?
