Looking for CT scan

1. Just a note that for most general injuries an MRI will be better. CT scans are really more oriented to things like fractures and tumours and come with a dose of radiation expose.

2. You can’t really just go in and ask for a CT scan and expect it to be covered. The doctor needs to deem it necessary. Find a English speaking orthopedic clinic and they will refer you to get one if they see fit.

3. In this country, the government monitors doctors to make sure they don’t make money off of excessive tests and prescriptions. So the doctor examines you and he decides what tests you need.
   Only when you don’t use health insurance, you can choose which tests to take.
