My SOs family came to Japan in December and they took pictures at a Purikura, they needed to pay to download the pictures so I used the Line prepaid card to pay for it(Which was good) but I haven’t been able to cancel the subscription. I can read Japanese without problems and I’ve followed the canceling guidelines in the website and tried to cancel but they keep charging my card. I’m already thinking of canceling my card because it’s just impossible to cancel this subscriptions.
Has anyone here dealt with a situation like this? Is there any problems that I might run into if I just cancel my card?
Also, aren’t there laws that prevent this type of scams?

The instructions seem to be pretty clear: https://sp.pictlink.com/sp/help/answer?helpApp=pictlink_iphone&helpItemId=1213
Are you sure you’re following them exactly? Worst case, you can do a form request here: https://sp.pictlink.com/sp/common/inquiry#/input and they actually include “can’t cancel” as one of the reasons, so I guess people are often having problem with it.
The only similar annoying monthly thing I previously had was docomo cycle and cancelling it was pretty easy.
Similar situation, canceled my card. It was fairly quick. Just said I lost it. Replacement within 4 business days. Had to re subscribe to everything though
