6. I’ve had uni once and it tasted like a sponge collecting mud at the bottom of the ocean. Was this just bad uni or do I just not like the flavor of it?

8. Best uni I ever had was “tiradito style” at Nobu..yuzu/lime/lemon..black sea salt, ricotto(Peruvian chili paste) an cilantro..Prolly defeats the flavor of the urchin but it was the best way I’ve eaten it!
