Netflix jp is pretty good for this, you’ll probably need a vpn though.

netflix in the UK has a decent amount of choice (every single ghibli film for example), idk what country you’re in though
if you do decide to use netflix I highly suggest installing the chrome/edge/firefox extension called language reactor previously learning language with netflix. it provides an overlay to learn language. allowing you to click on each word to see the furigana and meaning, and will show the english sentence at a button press etc. stuff like that

Would anyone happen to know of a similar resource, but for tokusatsu and J-Drama subs in Japanese?
Netflix has closed captions on almost everything. You’ll get some onomatopeia practice that way as well!

Crunchyroll but it can be annoying at times
Shiawase no kekkon on Netflix has currently JP subs (at least in France, may be in your country too)
Sailor Moon is free with ads on YouTube right now. 🙂 Join the cult. 🌙
Kitsunekko has a bunch of subs to download but you would have to source the anime yourself.
I haven’t done it yet, but I was planning to try this with Crunchyroll https://www.reddit.com/r/LearnJapanese/comments/r5rvdr/how_to_upload_japanese_subtitles_to_crunchyroll/?rdt=49019
