Today I visited a clinic in Yokohama and I got two receipts – one was 100% on it and the other has 30% on it. I know that under NHI, I only needed to pay 30% of the bill so I am shocked that I paid 100% on something. Do I pay the doctor’s fee in full even under NHI?
