Pest control service and how much would they cost?

I have recently moved into a new dorm and the room’s floor was full if small (point-sized), brown bugs that move slowly. I first noticed them because I was not happy with the mattress and wanted to sleep on the floor to make sure I don’t get any things from the old mattress. I waited for 4 days before informing the manager, and when I finally did..they brought me a powder to spread on the window and told me that it might be a “Nokogiri Hirata Mushi”. I am not convinced by using these commercial products and I think the room requires professional attention. How much would it cost to get a professional company? I think my clothes have some of these bugs now as I tried washing a piece of cloth on the sink and one of these bugs came out. I am considering buying a futon dryer as well to use it on my clothes and bags. Please help me if you had a similar problem before or just know of anything that might help.
