Panic with job hunting visa

Hello, I am finishing my Master degree in Osaka in September. And am currently applying for letter of recommendation for job hunting. I am applying to international companies in Japan. I am doing this to get the job hunting visa to prolong my stay in Japan.

I am having problem with getting reccomendation: I provided the career center with proof of job hunting -letters to and from companies.

Right now they told they cant give me reccomendation since I do not talk in Japanese. I also need to have an interview: like talk with them in career center.

My visa is until june 2024 and I am graduating in September.
I am Russian, so I need all the time I can have to stay away from my country (you all know the current situation probably). So if I return to my country: conscription -> war -> le finale.
What are my possibilities and moves should be?

Edit: added some details

  1. I would say stay calm and start your job hunting soon, it’s hard, but the chances are out there. I wish you the best!

  2. Are companies asking for one? If not don’t bother. If they do, try asking directly to your lab professors or other faculty members and not through the career center.
