Car back passenger door scratch

Unfortunately while riding a bicycle I scratched a car that’s waiting for a traffic light to turn green with the bicycle brake. My husband talked to the driver and settled to pay the repair cost for the scratch.
It’s in the back passenger left side, please see the picture below for the scratch. I was wondering how much would it cost to repair this scratch here in japan.
