4. not that one, lol. not that i’m a traditionalist – my current favourite is tempura shrimp, avocado and mango, topped with lightly seared salmon

7. My favorite regular roll is the Alaskan Roll.

   My favorite special roll would have to be the “Sunset Roll” it’s a salmon Avocado roll topped with seared salmon with little spicy mayo dollops on each bite.

   My favorite nigiri is Eel.

   My favorite sashimi is Salmon.

10. I absolutely LOVE Ikura and The Rainbow Rolls along with the CA Temaki Hand Rolls! I’d totally kill for one right now! Lol!
