I am planning to get my first car. My budget is 600,000 JPY and I am looking for a good brand. Which car should I go for? Any suggestion is appreciated. I want the car to look good and fancy. Also, which things should I consider while buying it?
You can get a gen 3 Prius for that price. About 10 years old or more.
Mind you, it’s still be a great car. Just won’t be fancy and Prius wasn’t a great looking car till the current gen 5.

your budget is low and you want a fancy car which is usually a recipe for disaster. But I would recommend something like a toyota crown, early 2000s models should be at or below your price point and they’re everywhere.
Nothing wrong with a used K-car, unless you need to haul a lot of stuff/passengers
I bought a 2006 Crown under 300k this year. There are plenty affordable fancy and reliable domestic cars. But keep in mind the displacement tax and raising fuel prices.
