Hi, a few of you had previously suggested I map everything out because I was all over the place. So, here is my updated itinerary. If possible I need advice for day 4 because I will be with my friends that day and they will be showing me around. They are letting me decide since I’m visiting and they are locals. However, I don’t know if those places would be fun to visit. Lastly, Tokyo is in “two parts” because I will be visiting other countries in between. Thank you in advance
I don’t know if this will help, but I am into museums, anime, manga, and fashion. I would like to do some shopping, so if anyone has recommendations where I can find boutiques that would be great.

A few thoughts. Miyashita Park was a let down when I went last Nov because all the grass was roped off to let it grow. There’s not really other greenery like flowers so the park was kinda blah looking and you couldn’t sit on the lawn to relax. Since you’re going in the fall/winter too, I’d recommend skipping it.
Some Art Aquarium reviews call it very unethical saying the tanks are tiny and people felt depressed after going. Consider the Sunshine City Mall aquarium in Ikebukuro instead, or an animal cafe with a lot of good reviews.
You said you like boutiques. Sunshine City Mall has a ton of clothing stores. Like a lot. And if you have an interest in cute or casual lolita fashion, look into Shibuya 109.
