One of my favorites and not common at Sushi spots in my locale.
Yuzu Kosho is a cheat code. I love that stuff. At the recommendation of a sushi chef, I bought some that I use on steaks and brats and burgers. So good.
Prefer the skin to be torched(seared) as it is quite chewy but, the nigiri looks expert
