I have reached Japan just 2 weeks ago. Last week, I received application form for bank transfer for the electricity and water bill in my mailbox. If I want to pay the bill through convenience stores, according to my knowing, the meter bill with bar code will come again.
The question is ; May I know at what day of the month do these bills usually arrive?

Call them.
I called them and asked for an English speaker and got my concerns that way.
Btw I had to confirm with my electric company for them to keep sending paper bills. They cost like 100 or 200 yen more.
