2. Mushroom! I was looking at it and trying to figure it out. That looks amazing.

3. Is that fatty tuna under that mountain of fish?

4. I don’t get why people post pics like this and ask what it is instead of asking the server?

5. Going counter clockwise.. top tuna, tamago, ?, salmon, mackerel, maybe yellowtail, ?, ?, ?, shrimp, and maybe scallop and smelt row in the middle.

6. Definitely have some red snapper in there (one with scales). It’s actually one of my favorite sashimi pieces and goes well with a yuzu ponzu
